FISHING |
 |
IS FUN |
Already as a
young girl i liked to fish. Also my
parents and grandparents enjoyed it so I guess I have it in my
genes. During the years I have continue to fish as often as possible.
Love all kinds of fishing. From a boat a warm summerday
using the fishing rod, waiting for the float to sink, walking along a
river or a lake, trying to find the best place to catch the "big one", to
icefish, everything is exciting. Since about 20 years ago we take a
trip to Norway almost every summer to fish in the fjords. Its very
exciting because you never know what will come up
from the deep green water, it can be a haddock, codfish, flatfish,
redfish, herring and if you are really lucky a flounder! There are
so many different kinds of fish in the deep north sea.
Many things can happen on a fishing tour. We have met several bears, the most exciting time was when we had put
up our tent close to a small lake in the forest and suddenly a bear
came running behind a moose and right in front of our eyes the bear jumped
up on the back of the moose and killed it! Didnt sleep so
well that night, wondering if the bear was walking around the tent. But I suppose
he wasn´t hungry after all meat he had eaten already!
