KountDown
This is my first real project, written in C++ using KDE and Qt. It was originally created as a program to
show me the time left of my military service. At some point I decided to make it in to a
screensaver instead. And that is what it is now, a screensaver which displays a
countdown to selected date. Features include:
- Specify date to countdown to.
- Choose how to display the countdown, choosing among years, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes and/or seconds.
- Text, font and color is configurable. The font and color can even be random.
- Different text effects; None (text centred on screen), Loop (loop the text on the screen)
and PopUp (display text at random position). The speed is configurable.
- An optional "half-way" setting to set a time when the behaviour of the screensaver will change.
KountDown is licensed under the GNU GPL v2.
And, although I hope there are none, all bugs can be reported to me.
The same goes for suggestions and comments.
