Graduating from top university teachers Mats Lundeberg (BPM, corporate change, IM), Anders G. Nilsson (BPM, ERP), and Goeran Goldkuhl (corporate communication, KM), I started working with people who were fine-tuning new architectures and methods of enterprise-systems development in large consulting firms. As software-engineering pioneer Michael A. Jackson was founding Jackson Scandinavia AB in 1982, I was among the first ones hired for consulting in Stockholm and I stayed until 89. My own company is focusing on methodology of software & biz engineering, mainly in knowledge-intensive enterprises; in 90, I wrote and started teaching my “Manager's Overview” in object and knowledge technologies. Atop of advice and guidance, I’ve also taught 200+ public and on-site courses in UML and object analysis & design of business applications, some of these in English; course attendees prvide a valuable feedback which fits into my other roles, too. Ever since 77, my customers have been finance, the public sector, global hi-tech firms, software-houses, management consultants, IT-consultants and training-providers for IT-professionals.

Papers at NordData , at 1st (91) and 2nd (94) World Congress on Expert Systems ("Developing a Know-how Strategy" has been referenced a couple of times). Lectures in Electrum/Kista (90) and in Ronneby Soft Center (98, 99). I published books in 2003 and 2005, see Homepage.

Certified UML 2 Professional, Advanced - that is, all 3 levels of cert (Sept. 2003 as the first and only in Sweden, among the very first people in Europe).

I feel comfortable in several roles:

- Instruction & training.
- Feasibility studies/reports, strategic advice and tool briefings.
- Use Case analysis and BPM
- Component methodology push and guidance.
- Mass customization & knowledge-tech advice, in SW as well as in other hi-tech business.
