I declare...
  1. in a state of mind which is of no concern to any person who would want to question it ,
that, other than by my own free will, I am no other personīs, groupīs, tribeīs, nationīs or organisationīs subject.

  2. Should any person question this, and attempt to impose authority upon my person without me having expressed an invitation,
I shall, after having reviewed his arguments, either respond by informing such a person that I will be ignoring this person from now on, or seek to integrate his addendas with mine.

  3. Should such a person, after having been informed of his status as having been set on ignore, neglect to perform the mutually appropriate response and thus deliberatly choose not to be elsewhere,
I shall explain to this person that he is a boring person, and that it explicitly be my wish that he be elsewhere.

  4. Should such a person procede to claim that he represents a force of great power , greater than mine -
I may laugh at this person and safely dismiss and forget him, as he is not my peer.

  5. Should such a person resort to threats of violence to subdue me - then I state, that this is no master I would want, this is but a criminal -
I shall inform this person that he is never to speak to me again.

  6. Should such a person and the group he sees himself as a part of commence to acts of violence against my person -
I acknowledge this to be my enemy.

Such an enemy is not my enemy alone, as his behaviour will have made for that he is likely the enemy of many -
his days as such are thus numbered.
I shall coordinate my efforts with his other victims to make his reign of terror short and miserable.

Under construction, dubbed Subjugation Theory

...would want to question it
A person questioning your state of mind is imposing his perspective of state of mind upon yours, and thus is attempting to subjugate you.
Such you need not cooperate with.

...other than by my own free will
Such capacity for temporary surrender is practical, and advisable to posess, as long as itīs understood by all involved that itīs just a temporary response.
If the subjugator does not fully comprehend this, and you still allow yourself to be subjugated, you have lost your freedom, and will have become a slave.
Also, reluctant surrender bids not for your personal well-being.

...may claim that he represents a force of great power
Claiming authority & the right to subjugate against another person may come in the following flavours...
  • The subjugater does not really represent authority,
    • but claims to do so,
      • falsely and deliberate, being a liar, a bluff, or a con-man.
      • believing so himself, but incorrectly, making him a dillusional.
      • elavating himself as an authority, thus a one-person aggressor.

  • The subjugater does represent authority,
    • but trespasses his assigned right to subjugate
      • knowingly, deliberatly,
        • to promote a personal addenda.
        • to promote a to the public hidden addenda imposed on him by a higher ranked person within his hirarchy,
          • in order to retain his own position.
          • expecting a cut from the profits/power which this secret addenda might generate.
      • un-knowingly, by mis-conception,
        • having been misled.
        • having been incompetant to interprete the available information,
          • by being incompetant to handle the situations generarilly assigned..
          • by temporarilly having been subjected to a situation beyond his personal competence.

    • and is well within the boundaries of his assigned right to subjugate, and concerning the necessity of being subjugated,
      • the target does not agree.
      • the target agrees
