More information on oriental Dance
Some statistics This years festival had participants from at least six different countries (that we know of), from three continents.
The website was visited during the last months up to June, by
more than 1200 surfers  from 37 different countries
from all continents in the world!
We got mail asking for more information from (except Sweden):
Norway, Finland, Great Britain, USA, Denmark, Belgium, Germany, Czeckia, Iran and Kyrgyzstan. They stayed in touch and now  keep getting more information on next years Festival! Now we get questions on participation even from Argentina and Brazil!!
We had Raqia, Reda and Sharif! The main attractions were our great foreign teachers, some of the very best you can get today in the world! Pictures below from the discussion we had on stage Thursday night on Oriental Dance:

To the left Raqia Hassan, producer of the great Pharaos Festival in Cairo in July, moderator Britt and to the right Mahmoud Reda, telling us the story about why and how he founded famous Reda Troup. He was named "International Dance Personality" of the year 1999!

From left Nourhan Sharif, manager of Egyptian Academy of Oriental Dance in New York, Yousry Sharif founder and director of EAOD, and to the right Raqia Hassan again.
