I've created packages of the software neccessary to run the Zero Install Injector on a Nokia 770. To try it, install
The tar deb installs GNU tar into /var/lib/install/bin, while the root file system contains a limited tar from busybox, which doesn't work well with the injector. Because of this, it is important to set PATH so that GNU tar is used (i.e. set PATH to contain its directory before the system paths).
I have not yet packaged bzip2, so don't be surprised if bzip2-packed archives don't work. Bzip2 seems to be available on ApplicationCatalogWip in the maemo.org wiki though. I've also not done any adjustments to the maemo environment, so some dialogs are a bit small, and it doesn't automatically connect the WiFi.
I've also made a Zero Install package of Contacts. Contacts needs some fixing to be usable with the low vertical resolution and large fonts on the 770, though.
