Due to lack of work I have been served notice of termination from my present job and therefore seek alternative employment.
My qualifications are the military equivalent of the civilian HND/HNC, and I also have a City & Guilds certification. If you want a good radio or electronics engineer, then e-mail me (in English eller på svenska)
. Since you have already seen my site you have a good idea as to what I am capable of doing. You can download my CV (67K - 2 pages, in English)
that explains a lot about me.
I am seeking any suitable post, whether it be installation & comissioning of radio sytems, teaching, sales support, quality assurance, laboratory work, or electronic design. My most recent experiences are in developing courses of education for radio installation people, including video and sound editing.
Renovated an old Ediswan EEG machine (DC-coupled EF37 tubes), and even had formal training in recording EEG, ECG, and Echo-EG, from live patients. I have written test software for hand-held spectrophotometers (Apple IIe), and even assembled LASER display control consoles that were later used in the J. M. Jarre "docklands" recording.
I have designed an "AC-No-break" unit to keep key control equipment operational during power cuts in Saudi Arabia, and I have communicated with a party of cavers (pot-holers) underground, using simple equipment I designed built. I have used a LASER to "listen-in" to a room, and I have designed radio direction-finding antennas and equipment. I have also built a complete FSK MODEM using just three EPROMs, and a slack-handfull of support components.
Alternative power, including converting and generating power at a household level, using DC-AC converters, wind turbine and solar panels. I also have several educational video projects requiring only information, components, (or finance) to complete.
I want to develop real-life a course of education for vintage valve (tubes) nostalgia, and to show how they can be of use even today. I would like to present full-time courses of introduction for radio, telecommunications, antennas, sound engineering, making PCB for hobby and pre-production prototyping.
I have ideas for a low-cost spectrum analyser for the radio-frequency bands. Bio-feedback has always interested me and I would like to record the Alpha-rythm from a human brain, and investigate how to use it to control an external circuit(s).
I have loads of un-published but proven ideas for power ecconomy and alternative power that can be used for the home, holiday caravan, cottage or boat. Many ideas would also be perfect for use in other underdeveloped countries, such as Africa, to provide power at a reasonable cost in remote villages. Many ideas can also be used to provide employment in such countries, but who to contact?.
To put it simply, I have seen and done many things, and I want to do more. I have had my fingers into several pies, and I am blessed with an active and playful mind. If you can make use of this "for mutual gain" then please contact me.
Very best regards from Harry Lythall (SM0VPO), Västanlid Hus, Albano 395, SE-195 93 Märsta, Sweden.
