THE STAR OF SOUL 

This ancient mantra has its origins in the Tibetan Teachings of Wisdom.

There is a need in every work of metaphysical character to connect the Physical Body to the sublime body of the Soul to enhance the interaction between them and thereby also increase the overall sensitivity between the Body and Soul to the Spiritual fields of The Cosmic Consciousness. This is the Self of yours, and the link between your Self and of The Cosmic Consciousness, and Divine Spirit of The Light of One is an almost invisible spark some eight inches above your head known as The Star of Soul.

By the following these day by day techniques over a period of two or three months it is possible to enhance the Star of Soul and increase its brightness and size, from a tiny spark to a sparkling bright sphere of radiating Light, thus enabling the Soul through this process to form and alter a more suitable form for the Physical Body of Self to operate into, a form at its optimum levels of health and longevity.

In this visualization one will see a beam of light connecting the Star of Soul to one's Crown Chakra at the top of the head. This beam will also grow in size to be a stabile channel and powerful link between the metaphysical and the physical bodies.

The enhanced Star of Soul linked to the now physical body of Soul is a very powerful tool to enhance one's Self. Without this new shape and without the use of the visualization of the Star of Soul and its it activating mantra, the effect of meditations, esoteric studies, praise-singing, sacred rituals, healing, yoga-exercises and so on will be much more limited - and vice versa - with the use of this practice the enrichments of one's capabilities will be amazing.

Turn this practice into a sacred ceremony for yourself: Every morning, and before you start with your every-morning routine, begin with a good glass of Crystal-water (click on CrystalWater to learn how to make it and how it will benefit you by strengthening you and keeping your healthy). Then - on a special spot you've sacred at your home for this moment - read the Mantra (and if you feel for it, also the Forgiveness you find under the link), then light a candle or two and put on some soft, relaxing music, and then just be there, in that moment and emotion, for a while. 

Trust me - this will be the moment which will make your whole day! 

The Mantra and its Visualization 

Your Senses should be centered and concentrated to a point some 8 inches (15 cm) above your head - The Soul Star. Think of an intense, glimmering point of Light, a star radiating light in beams around itself. Now try to keep this visualization during the time you without haste read the Mantra below. Pause after each single sentence and allow the words to sink in. Maintaining your Star of Soul now read:

I am the Soul.
I am Divine Light.
I am Love.
I am the Will.
I am the Thought
I am Fixed Design.

After some times of practicing this you will experience how:

    I am the Soul.

activates the Soul Star to expand as a beautiful micro-Cosmos, and how a beam of Light is created from it to you as a Central Channel penetrating you from the top of your head down below your feet.

    I am Love.

- a Green colored beam is streaming down from the Soul Star as a part of the central rainbow colored Light beam...

    I am Will.

- a light Blue-White colored beam is added streaming down the central rainbow colored Light beam...

    I am the Thought

    I am Fixed Design.

- and a light Red light is beaming down to with the others veil the central Light beam.

The "Fixed Design" represents the Plan the Soul have for this the present Incarnation, and is to be read exactly as it is written.

Now stay there under your Star of Soul for a while and BE there in its beams of Light and colored Lights which now is representing the multitude of energies within this Mantra and of its six affirmations. Feel how the intense Light enters your Soul and how it is spread through your entire Body and Self and your Psychical Centers and Chakra.

The first line in the Mantra identifies your Self as a manifestation on the mental plane - The Angel of Sun.

The second, third, forth and the fifth line is to be uttered as if the reader IS the Soul who calls for its subjective existence - the Higher Consciousness, the Divine Love, the Divine Will and the Divine Thought. And the sixth line utters the Plan for or the purpose of the Physical Self and entity during this particular sojourn or incarnation.

By the use of this "present tense" visualization the personality or Self starts to identify itself with the Soul, and a Body of Light is  formed due to this process.
