Sunday:
Arrivel |
Arrivel to Ammarnäs in the
evening. Choose accommodation between a hotel or a hostel. Accommodation in
a shared double room at the hotel Ammarnäsgården Fjällhotell (AG). The
accommodation includes bed-linen, cleaning and halfboard. Or in a hostel in
a 2-6 bed room. This accommodation doesn´t include bed-linen, cleaning or
halfboard. During the activities no modern facilities are available |

Monday:
Naturum + cross country skiing |
In the
morning you will have a guided tour at Ammarnäs Naturum (nature exhibition)
and after that we go cross-country skiing in the mountains. We ski up to a
lake where we do ice-fishing. Outdoor lunch is served. For thoose who want;
a mountain top tour can be arranged. 4-8 km cross country skiing.

Tuesday:
Cross country skiing |
We start at 10 am with
cross country skiing. We go from the lake Tjulträsk back to the village. We
keep a look out for wild life and read their tracks. It is common to see
tracks from animals like hares, elks, wolverins and grouses and if we are
lucky we get to see some of these animals. Outdoor lunch is served.

Wednesday:
Riding
in winterland |
At 10 am we will meet next
door at
Hedebo Gård
for the days riding lesson and riding tour. We beginn with preparing our
"own" horse. We have a short teory and riding lesson, a outdoor lunch and a
½ day riding tour. In the evening a hot and relaxing woodheated bathing tub
and sauna will be waiting at Hedebo Gård. Enjoy our "Ammarnäsiska Spa" after
a full day of activities while absorbing the spectacular winter mountain
views from the wooden tub. |

Thursday:
Free day. |
The day is free for your
own activity. Lunchbox is included only when staying at the hotel. |

Friday:
Slalom |
Egen aktivitet i skidliften. Heldagskort ingår (10-16). Skidutrustning
ingår i priset. Lunchpaket ingår endast om ni valt hotellstandard.

will take you in to the mountains of Ammarnäs. The weather will decide the
