Train and bus:

ARRIVEL Monday - Friday (MF) & Sunday (S) to Ammarnäs:
1. From Stockholm C-central take the night train  
    to Vännäs (Connex) (a) Departure (MF) 10.12 pm alternative.
    to Östersund (SJ) (b. Departure: (S) 11.55 pm

2. a. Arriveltime in Vännäs 7.55 am: Change to bus towards Lycksele. Departure: 8.10 am
    b. Arriveltime in Östersund: 7.03 am. Change to bus towards Sorsele. Departure: 7.20 am

3. a. Arriveltime in Lycksele: 9.30apm. Change to bus towards Sorsele/Ammarnäs. Departure: 9.35 am
        Arriveltime in Ammarnäs: 1 pm
    b. Arriveltime in Sorsele: 1.15 pm. Change to bus towards Ammarnäs. Departure: 2.25 pm
        Arriveltime in Ammarnäs: 3.40 pm
 

DEPARTURE Monday-Friday (MF) and Sunday (S) from Ammarnäs:
1.  From Ammarnäs take the bus to Umeå
     Departure: 1.15 pm     Arriveltime: 7.05 pm

2. In Umeå Change bus towards Vännäs: (walking distance between buses; 5 minutes)
    Departure: 7.45 pm   Arriveltime: 8.25 pm

3.  In Vännäs change to train towards Stockholm
     Departure: 10.08 pm     Arriveltime: 7.46 am
