Liquid metal frame:



New document
500x300px
transparent background

Press D to reset the colors to default.
Fill the layer with black.

Make a new layer.
Take out your rounded rectangle tool with the following settings:
radius: 10px, mode: normal, opacity: 100%, antialiased.
Draw a rectangle big enough to cover half of the document.

Then use your lasso tool with the following settings:
new selection, feather: 0px, antialiased.
Cut out the center of the rectangle, like the image show below.



Next take out the background image you wish to use inside your frame.
Cut it out and place it inside your frame.
If you want to add mor reality to the image,
add some inner shaddow to your background image.

Make a new layer.
Take out your line tool, use these settings:
Fill pixels, weight: 2px, mode: normal, opacity: 100%, antialiased.
Draw a bunch of lines all over your frame, but on the new empty layer.
When you're done, select all the lines in the new layer by holding down your
Ctrl button and click once on the layer with your mouse.
When all the lines are selected, activate the frame layer and press your delete button.
Then deselect by clicking inside the document once with your mouse.
You can now throw away the line layer.



Make a copy of your frame layer by pressing Ctrl + J.
To the original frame layer, add some bevel and emboss to it by rightclicking the layer and choose Blending options.
These are the settings for that.





Now activate the copy, select the frame like you did before,
by holding down Ctrl and clicking once on the layer.
Fill it with #337ADA that color.
And change the blending mode to Soft Light.
Now you just need to add some text to it and you're done!
