We learn from David Weber's books that:
- March 21, 1416 PD equals
First 1, 1 AL (Manticoran style).
- The Manticoran year is 673 local days, with every third
a leap year of 674 days.
- The Manticoran year has 18 months of 37 or 38 days each.
- March 3, 1900 PD equals
Fourth 25, 280 AL.
- The Manticoran day is 22.45 hours (22h 27min).
Note that assumptions 4. and 5. above can not both be true, so I
provide alternative calculations for these two assumptions.

Discussion:
There are problems when trying to calculate dates based on
the numbers provided by David Weber
(More Than Honor p. 335-337).
The Manticoran day will be longer than 22.45 T-hours, and
the Manticoran year will be longer than 629.83 T-days.
To get the Manticoran year to be 673.31 M-days, the leap year
rule must be modified so that 2 leap years out of every
M-century are NOT leap years.
