available through the Musical Academy in Stockholm! Åhlén 1992
refers to Carl-Gunnar Åhlén's worklist in the booklet to
Caprice 21510.

| Comments; | Melody from John Enninger's
notations of chorals from the Höör-region in Scania,
southern Sweden, published as no 664 in "Svenska låtar". Composed for the inauguration of the new organ at Adolf Fredrik's church in Stockholm. Some sources incorrectly have "Loven..." instead of "Lover...". According to Lennart Hedwall (in Musikrevy No 2 1982) the difference between the separate organ piece and its appearance in the cantata is that an introduction and a conclusion (both with the chorale) has been added in the separate version. |
