She is built with oak planking on oak frames. around 1973-74 she got a (thick!) layer of glass fibre and epoxy on the outside. The cabin is mahogany with larch roof. The deck is plywood with glass fibre coating and masts are oregon pine.
There is a book, "Berättelser från havet", by Birger Sjöberg, one of the previous owners. (ISBN 91-518-3967-9). The book contains a chapter on Stout and has her picture on the front page.
