Got this in Sept-03 during a holiday on the US eastcoast. What a guitar!

Made in 1996 during the Cunetto era. Heavy reliced parts and a very played-in feel. Not feather-light like some. Normal weight but rings like a bell! Neck is slimmer than the current CS Nocaster but still fat. It has a 9,5" radius compared to 7,25" on vintage Teles. Plays like a dream!

There's something special about these Cunetto Teles. Vince only did the finishing work and relicing. Still, it's the best Tele I've ever played!

Pick-ups are special wound. The bridge is fat, almost P90 / steelguitar-like and measures at around 10k!

Read more about the Cunetto reliced Nocasters here!

Check out Vince Cunetto's Vinetto Guitars!

Read the incredible interview with Vince Cunetto from Tone Quest Report here Vince Cunetto interview (pdf)

You can still get the current Nocasters from Fender. Check them out at the Fender Custom Shop!

Update! I just had this guitar PLEK'd by GuitarLabs in Stockholm. Great work - thanks Ricky! Read more about the PLEK process.

(JV Series Squier by Fender)

"Everybody came up to inspect them and the guys almost cried, because the Japanese product was so good - it was what we were having a hell of a time trying to do."

This Fender Japan (Squier for export) '57 Strat was made in 1983. From the JV-series (Japan Vintage) made between 1982-84. Read more about them at this amazing site with lots of info - Squier JV pages

This guitar has seen alot of use. Very toneful guitar!

Swapped the stock pickups for a set of Suhr V60LP with a bridge baseplate. Highly recommended pickup! read more about them at Suhr Guitars

(JV Series Squier by Fender)

This '62 Squier Stratocaster was made in 1984. Just like the '57 from the JV-series made between 1982-84.

Swapped the stock pickups for a set of Suhr FL (Fletcher/Landau).Check them out at Suhr Guitars

Burny Les Paul FLG-90

Lawsuit guitar, made in Japan 1980.

Everyone needs a Les Paul and here's a good one. After a set-up and some Wolfetone Dr. V pickups this one is amazing.

I highly recommend MIJ Burny, Greco and Tokai from the early 80's . They are great value guitars.

Read the Burny History by Nils-Bro Muller in Denmark.

Campbell by Tokai ES-335

I've NEVER EVER heard of Campbell guitars. I thought they were making soup?

The soft case says Campbell by Tokai. I guess it's made in Japan. Feels and looks 1990's. BEAUTIFUL guitar with amazing flame (check the pics!)

The neck is fat and V-shaped(!) and has fret-end binding. I upgraded the pickups to Duncan Antiquity and gave it a set-up. I love this guitar!

If you know anything about Campbell guitars, let me know!
