Eslöv Civic Hall Medborgarhuset - the venue

was designed by the famous architect Hans Asplund (1921-1994). Only 26 years old he designed this spectacular building inspired from his participation in the designing of the United Nation building in New York. In 2001 Medborgarhuset was selected as the most beautiful building in Skåne and 15:th in Sweden. 2007 Medborgarhuset recieved the "Europa Nostra" price.

There are three different stages, restaurant, bar and several rooms designed for exhibitions etc. An all together inspiring atmosphere well situated for an event such as the festival.

During 2003 the inside the building was restored into the original condition, during 2006 the outside was restored.
