We, that is my husband and I, live since 1989 on a small farm, in the countryside near Smålandsstenar, a small town in the south of Sweden. Our family consists of horses, two cats and of course, our dogs. All our dogs lives "family life" together with us. Daily walks in the surroundings with our dogs are part of our lives. Since our dogs also are "show dogs", we regulay train and maintain them for their showcareer.

OUR BREEDING

After about ten years with Briards, we wanted something smaller, as a complement to the Briards. A dog that could sit on your lap, without crushing it! Our search ended the day we first lay our eyes on a Havanese. WHAT A LOVELY BREED. We fell in love immediately. So in 1994 we bought our first Havanese boy Happy Friend´s Double or Quits "Skorpan" . We have never regrett it. Today our household includes of more lovely little "fur balls"

CHEWBACCA (Our Kennelname)

In the film "Starwars" there is a big, furry and kind creature: a Wookie, called CHEWBACCA.We found many resamblances with the Briard, therfore the name. In the beginning we only had Briards, but in fact, the simularity with the Havanese is also there.
