The first Papillon came in the house 1985, followed by the second in 1988 and in 1989 the
third Papillon was bought and the first litter was born later in the same year, the first
puppie was named "miss Bumble-Bee" to honour our first Papillon, since then the breeding
program has been held on a very small basis but with high quality demands, selection and
mixing of the absolut best blodlines that we can find, we are very grateful to the bredders
who helpt us in the beginning by sharing their topquality breedlines and we do in our turn
follow that tradition as we always try the best we can to help new breeders with our knowledge
and to share our material with those who are interested. To breed successful is a matter of
trust, to give and take and treat people with respect and that is the guideline that we have
followed all years, we always offers free handler service to our own breed dogs, all dogs owned
by our kennel is showed and handled by us.

The Phosphoros kennel is a mother and son "team", we are very much a "showkennel" and find
it highly interesting and fun to show our breed results, but we are also interested of many
other parts within the dogsport.
Allready in the second litter our first Champion was born and since then it has become many
more, we are proud over the results our dogs have been awarded
of judges all over the world. Our dogs has been among the top ten most winning in Sweden
since 1991, both as individuals, as veterans, progensygroups and breedingroups.

As we have a limited and small breeding we are very proud over the results. We already have
been receiving nearly 50 hounorprize winning breedersgroups, wich we take as a confirmation
that we are going in the right direction, the first breedersgroup ever went Best In Show
all breeds, we are particular proud that our breeding material has been exported out to other
countries with very good results.

To breed dogs is in our opinion a lifestyle and we enjoy every minut of it, to set plan
of future combination, to breed and raise puppies, to meet so many nice people from all over the
world who have the same interest as us , to show the dogs in the rings and hopefully receive new
champions from the combinations we planed.
As serious and responsible breeders we off course follow the guidelines from the Swedish
kennelclub and are active members at the Swedish breedclub.
We are both active in the breedclub and are show administrators since 1990.

Our picture and quality standard of a Papillon is that a "Papillon must always be just a Papillon
!", wich means to have the correct "Butterfly" temperament, elegance and style, correct, sound
bodies and movements.
All puppies can not always become future stars in the rings but we can always promise just one
thing and that is a friend for life, star ore not !
