Adriaan Pienaars Type 4.
It is a 1973 South African built 412 Variant with Right-hand drive.
I have recently restored it. It's colour is 'chocolate brown', which was also it's
original colour. It has a standard 1679cc engine with twin Solex carbs.
Slight modifications include:
Porsche 15inch 'cookie cutter' wheels
Colour-matched bumpers
Front yellow fog lights
LEDs on the gauges
Electric windows (ex-Audi)
In future I would like to install a Webasto folding sunroof and
perhaps a stronger motor, to tow my dune buggy or a caravan
(motor-home).
