Based on the conflict´s nature of polarity and balance.

In order to get a substantial peace in conflict areas there must be conflict resolution workers dealing with the conflict: -who have knowledge about a conflict´s nature of polarity and balance, -who are ready to, from an absolutly neutral standpoint, directly work with the parties who are involved in the conflict, -who can understand the parties needs, attitudes, behaviour, personal- and cultural history, religion, economy, power and communication connected with the conflict.
