This is Chateau Yaldara in the Barossa Valley just outside Adelaide. There are daily tours to the area and it's worth a visit. Be sure not to make my mistake! I already had a terrible hangover when I entered the bus in Adelaide, after a couple of wine tastings along the route it got even worse...
