Nai Harn Beach
The south end of Nai Harn Beach has a very nice isolated beach - Yanoi Beach. During the low season you hardly see any tourist here. Here there are cheap bungalows to rent.

I
caught this picture in September from a little restaurant close to the
restaurant. The warm and nice rain had a short pause. There were no other
farrang (tourist) to be seen, but I was very well served by a friendly lady with
khao pad (fried rice) and one singha, for which I paid 75 Bath ( = 2 US$). I had
when passing Rawai Beach bought one kg mang khud (mangosteen) price 5 Bath (=
0.13 US$). This fruit has a thick soft skin (about half of the weight), which I
removed with fumbling fingers. After a while my plate was full. Then the
friendly lady came and emptied it in a basket, so I could continue. When I left
she looked a little surprised when I paid her tip.
But
here I have just talked about the south end of Nai Harn
