HOYACULTURE
Because of the varied habitat in which these plants are found, culture conditions can only be generalized. No single rule holds true for all species. However, there are a few generalizations that can be made:
Most hoyas like partial shade. If the area is too shady the plants do not seem to flower as much. If plants get too much sun, the leaves yellow or burn. Do NOT clean up your plant and remove old blossom spurs! New flowers will form from the old spurs the next season.
Hoya is easy to grow inside, because they like it even in the wintertime when the heater is on! They do not like temperatures under 15 deegres C.
