La Paz (at 4000 m!)

San Pedro Prison. Craaaazy! A mid-security prison in central La Paz, where tourists are allowed to enter and look around, the prisoners offer guided tours with "protection" (other prisoners) for good money...scary it was!!! Photos were not allowed inside. Many prisoners would like this exit-allowance stamp!
