Resumé

A little story about how it all begun. Once upon a time; all fairytales begin this way…

We have had rabbits from the beginnings of the early 80’s.

My daughter got a rabbit from her grandmother.
I have bread rabbits in approx: sins 1992. I just slipt in to it. My youngest son's rabbit died just before vacation. We promised him a new after the vacation.
Then strided Bounty in to our life. A dwarf lop color black and with accompanying pedigree.
In May the year after, coled his breeder and asked if we wanted to put him i a show.
We went to Järle with him in a shoe-cardboard. That was the first show with our rabbit Bounty and since then have both I and my son Joakim been hooked.
Just a month later had my son and I bought to more.

The the first seven years, was my son Joakim also with me.
I was in the show, and he jumped with he's Rabbits.
We bought a small Caravan and drove country and empire around.
1998 I was first to Denmark and then to Berno in Tjeckien to buy new rabbits.
1999 it was Berlin and a month later I visit Essense.
Not less than 9 of my rabbits are inporter.

Shows
To be into shows and breeding is not simple, but still very fun!
A rabbit is thoroughly classified at a show. The body form, weight, colour, what its markings look like, the quality of the fur and of course who it moves are some of the things that the judges look at.

A dwarf lop
A dwarf lop should look in a specific way. It should have a moderate and proportional body and a perfect fur. A pug nose is favorable. It should also have been recently declawed and have clean paws. In Sweden 96 is the maximum grade a rabbit have received, out of a 100.

Europe-show in Wels, Austria
In the year 2000 I attended a show in the Austrian city of Wels. Here I bought an Italian female and an Austrian male. Both were Madagascar and manteltecknade. In total I today have 11 imported rabbits.
