ABOUT RSCG

LINKS

Here you can find links to Runescape sites which aren’t directly related to a clan (those sites can you find in the Clan Guide). This includes skills guides, quest help, sites with pictures and any other Runescape site and sites which might be fun for runescapers. You can both find pages in English and pages in other languages.

Remember that the sites can have been changed since I last visited it, so it might have a completely different content now. Read more about it here.

Pages in English:

Runescape Home: http://www.runescape.com

Yes, of course, the page itself. You can find all the latest about RS here and also some information about skills and quests in the manual. You probably already knew this site, if you didn’t, go there quickly and start playing!

You also reach this site if you type in runescape.org.

Jagex: http://www.jagex.com

Earlier you found the same site as Runescape.com here, but now there are differences. Here can you play some of Jagex’s older games such as Gold Mine and Vertigo.

Zybez: http://www.zybez.com

Probably the most well-known site. Here you can find the “Zybez Top list” with the 100 best RS-sites.

This doesn’t work very good, some really boring sites are in the top 10 and if you doesn’t have a very good updated anti-virus there can be a great risk to explore this top list because some of the sites are direct links to virus programs which will infect your computer.

Rune Tips: http://www.tip.it/runescape

One of the best Runescape sites. When you first see it, it looks like an amateur site, but it’s highly professional and includes interesting articles.

Runescape World: http://site.rswrld.com:6000/

Looking better then Rune Tips, but isn’t as good as Rune Tips. Contain the most important things, like quest help.

Runescape Realm: http://www.geocities.com/rs_realm/

Interesting site. Contains basic information about skills and some pictures. It does also contains a dictionary but it isn’t as good as mine ;)

Runescape Portal: http://www.rsportal.com/

Great layout, even better then Runescape.com. Anyway, it doesn’t contain very much information. But there are a lot of fun pictures.

Rune Headquarters: http://www.runehq.com/

Good site about Runescape, including maps, skills guides and quest helps. One cool thing is the “City guides”, where you can read about each city, exactly like guides to Paris and London but instead for Falador etc.

Fields of Rune: http://www.fieldsofrune.com/

Nice layout and good guides, but it mainly have the same information as Rune Tips.

Rune Village: http://www.runevillage.com/

Quest help, skill guides and maps. You can also read interesting articles in the “Rune Village Library”.

Runescape International: http://www.rsinter.org/

Basic guides for both RS Classic and RS2. Articles such as “Mining vs Fishing”, “Runescape Etiquette” and more which are really recommended to read.

Xx Jut Xx’s Runescape Site: http://games.infoseka.lt/

Interesting site in both English and Lithuanian (see “Pages in other languages”). A lot of cool pictures, attention-grabbing articles and also some facts about how to play Runescape.

LiquidScape Runescape Fansite: http://www.liquidclock.net/

Contains a lot off articles about various events where you can’t find on other sites – for example how to kill the King Black Dragon. Except that, there’s the usual things like skills guide.

Phil’s Runescape Classic Cooking Guide: http://www.maddogcarter.com/runescape/

Only about cooking, but if you want to know anything about cooking, this is the right site.

Shadowdancer of Runescape: http://www.runescapehaven.com/Shadowdancer/

Site created by Shadowdancer, a famous runescaper. Many facts about how to avoid to be hacked or scammed. Much which aren’t found on other sites. There’s a lot of information about Shadowdancer himself also and you can also watch him playing live.

Runescape Community: http://www.runescapecommunity.com/

A popular Runescape Forum for people from all countries.

Runescape.nl: http://www.runescape.nl

A good Mining & Smithing Guide. But the best thing on the site is the collection of cool pictures.

Runescape Quiz: http://myquiz.coolquiz.com/myquiz/myquiz.asp?quiznum=1292657557

Not very hard in the beginning. The last questions are about the strongest character in Runescape and is very old because nothing of this is right. Would need an update.

Steve’s Runescape Website: http://www.angelfire.com/theforce/luckystud77/

Some pictures edited in Paint, which are pretty funny.

N00bied00bie’s Runescape Guides: http://www.n00bied00bie.tk/

Very simple layout but has at least some good guides. Can maybe get better in the future.

ThugWitGlock’s Runescape Fan Website: http://www.angelfire.com/rpg2/rs_thugwitglock/

Here you can read about the character ThugWitGlock.

RS Faces.com: http://www.rsfaces.com/

Want to know how what the Runescape players look like in real life? Check this out then.

Runescape Battle: http://rsbattle.com/

A text based version of Runescape. You click on buttons when you want to do anything and the point is the same as the real Runescape: Gain experience through fighting, mining etc. You can give it a try, but don’t hope too much. It’s very simple. But it has music.

Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Runescape

It’s funny to read this, because usually you don’t read about video games – especially not RS – in encyclopaedias. Anyway, here you can do it.

Pages in other languages:

Lithuania

Xx Jut Xx’s Runescape Site: http://games.infoseka.lt/

Also available in English. Contains exactly the same information as the English version of the site. A lot of cool pictures, attention-grabbing articles and also some facts about how to play Runescape.

Sweden

Runescape Sweden: http://rs.info.se/

Very similar to Zybez but in Swedish.

Ogre.se: http://www.ogre.se/

Very easy to get an overview but doesn’t have as much info as Runescape Sweden. You can find maps, calculators and also a toplist of Swedish Runescapers called “Svenskstoppen”.

“Runescape” on susning.nu: http://www.susning.nu/Runescape

Not much to read. The text says: “Runescape är ett gratis alternativ till exempelvis Ultima Online och Everquest. Det är inte lika avancerat och inte heller lika snyggt grafiskt, men för att vara gratis är det förvånansvärt bra.”
