The conds the 8-9 Sept was bad ...

The mean value for 8 Sept is -28.47 dB and 12 July is -23.42 dB that's  a difference of 5 dB but the Dgrd diff. only -0.8 dB !   It was bad conds the 7-8 Sept.  Hi
