a 7,7 m Cabin Boat with walkaround, built in the USA, weight approx
2500
kilos. The boat was bought new of Motala Båtvarv and was launched
in April 1998. It is certified for 8 passengers, but 3-5 passengers
only
will be accepted when fishing.
The boat is equipped with
two
Mercury
engines, the big one of 225 HP Optimax and the small one a "fishing
motor"
of 15 HP (4 stroke). The gas tank has a capacity of 507 L.
Autopilot (Autohelm ST
5000)
with
remote control. This enables the boat to hold the course by "itself"
during
fishing. It can be connected to a GPS Satellite Navigation System.
Heating facility,
Eberspächer,
with blow-out nozzles in the sealable covercabin (for 4 persons) and
the
cabin it self.
The small cabin, mainly
used
for
stowing the equipment, has a spirit cooking range, a 12 V cooling
cabinet,
a Portapotti (a small toilet) and a small wash basin (fresh water tank
of 34 L).

temperature

GPS Satellite navigator
with
map
in colour, to easyly find the exact position of the boat on the lake.
Also
serves as a safety device for navigation when it is foggy.

Hansa safety ropes, VHF-radio, mobile phone, fire extinguisher, double
batteries and engines, self-inflatable life jackets and overalls
offering
good heating and floating ability. Insurance for boat and passengers.
For the Trolling, 3
downriggers are
used for lowering the baits, brandname Big Jon Captains Electric, with
wirestop and double rod holders.
When surface fishing
with
more baits,
a Big Jon mast is used to hold the fishing lines to planer boards.
Alternatively
smaller planer boards can be used for single baits; these will then be
fixed directly on the fishing line.
Rods and reels:
