It is your responsibility to notify either the Head Coach or the Camp Director of any problem or concern that you may have regarding ANY aspect of your 2BFC CAMP experience. We can fix things during camp; they can’t be fixed afterwards. |

Profanity, hazing, threatening or bullying behavior, off-color jokes, references to race, creed, ethnicity, nationality, religion, individual appearance, personal preferences or any other distinction WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. |

Be alert and cautious to traffic while walking to and from practice and meetings. Always walk with a buddy. Use sidewalks when available. Cross streets with caution. You are prohibited to be in any areas other than those designated by the Head Coach and Camp Director. You will not accept rides from anyone. |

Every camper is expected to participate in all scheduled activities and to arrive at least five minutes early for every camp activity. Only the athletic trainer, Head Coach and Camp Director can give a camper permission to be absent or late from any camp event. If you are unable to practice you will be expected to follow your position group and learn as much as you can by watching. |

Drugs of any type or form, including alcohol, other drugs, and all tobacco products are strictly forbidden. |

Firecrackers, explosives, firearms, weapons of any kind, and gambling or games involving money are strictly forbidden. |

2BFC CAMP is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. Campers must be vigilant in protecting their own property, valuables, and money. QBR CAMP does not offer camp “banking” services. |

Campers are prohibited from leaving camp without written permission from the Camp Director or Head Coach. |

If you become sick or injured you must see the athletic trainer, your position coach, another coach on staff, the Head Coach or the Camp Director immediately |

Pre-existing injuries/illnesses/medical conditions (e.g. asthma, allergies, diabetes, epilepsy, etc.) shall be reported to the Camp Director prior to the first practice. 2BFC Camp will not participate in holding or giving prescription medications to any camper. If you need to be taped from a pre-existing injury or from an injury received at 2BFCCAMP, see the trainer before practice for evaluation and taping. You are still required to be at practice on time |

Drink plenty of water between and during practice. Avoid soft drinks and other caffeinated beverages. Bring your own squirt bottle to practice where water and Gatorade will be provided |

No littering. We are guests of the host team and we want to show respect for the entire campus, including the buildings and grounds and staff, during our stay. |

Early checkouts are permitted only when the camper’s parent or legal guardian has completed the “Early Checkout Form” and submitted it to the Camp Director. Forms are available from the Camp Director or Head Coach. Campers (commuters excepted) are prohibited from leaving camp unless in an emergency. |

Parents or guardians of the camper are responsible for transportation to and from the field each day. Refer to camp schedule. |
