The hunting area is located near Pajala in the northern Sweden.

Allocation of moose:
2 fully grown and 2 year calves a week
No Female moose allowed!
The allocation of bear is controlled by the County Administrative Board. They have yet to set the harvest quota for the year of 2006. For the year of 2005 the entire county of Norrbotten was allocated a total of 25 bears.
General Information Moose Hunting:
The hunt after moose with dogs are the traditional way of hunting moose in Scandinavia and it will take the hunters all skills to stalk up to the moose The hunter will experience a fantastic area, where the chances of shooting a medal moose or a big bear over a six day hunt, are very good. There are several bears in the area. Two years ago there were shot a bear which weighed 300 kilos. You will hunt together with professional hunters, and the hunt will be a combination of stalking and remaining in one place, waiting for the game.
A very sporting and challenging hunt.
All depending on the hunters physical condition, the hunt will be a combination of following and walking with the dog handler and/or sitting and waiting. The terrain is not a difficult one.
It is of fundamental importance, that the hunter wears clothes that do not produce noise. Moose are equipped with a formidable hearing.
Arrival:
You will fly in to Luleå airport where you will be picked up and then taken to the hunting area 2-3 hours drive.
Accommodation:
You will be accommodated in timber cabin, located near the hunting grounds.
By the cabin there is a sauna.
You will be served typical dishes from the heart of Lapland.
We will only use locally produced goods in the cooking of meals, to make them extra special.
No alcohol included in the package.

We do not accept any responsibility for illness, accidents or any losses you may incur; nor for any expenses arising from such illness, accident or losses.
Booking conditions and deposits:
30% of the full price at booking, the balance paid the day before the hunt begins. Deposits are not refundable.
