To own and drive ?
| My first Alfa. Then i got the "alfa virus". (
Only understood by Alfa- owner's) I bought |
| it 1980. And I recently got my driving license,
so therefore It was driven, day and night. |
| About 4000 mil a year ( Don't know
how many miles it is).. The only trouble I had |
| with this car vas, some light alloy plug's mounted
in the crankshaft. They popped out. |
| But i repaired it my self.. I remembered
how fascinated I was about it's low fuel |
| consumption. If you compared it with the standard
"tune-up" Volvo, all the younger |
| boys drove. My Alfa mostly consumed under 1L
/ mil, even the "pedal was on the |
| floor ". I think this was the most beautiful
, of the Alfetta models. Not so "sqere" |
| shapes, and lot of plastic in the interior, as
in the Alfetta -81, I bought a few years later. |
| And it had double mounted headlights. Also nice(
Also ,only understood by Alfa owners) |
| Had it for 2 years, then it was time for a more
"sporty" model.
